You must be 18 years of age or older to access, register for, or use the Combat Studio service or website. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this requirement is found to be unmet.
3.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in and relating to the following are owned exclusively by Combat Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws:

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Combat Studio platform for your own studio management purposes only.

You agree to use combatstudio.lk and the Combat Studio platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited conduct includes:

We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Combat Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Combat Studio and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at combatstudio.lk/terms-and-conditions with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Combat Studio with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
